Production Engineering Specialist

• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills across global teams.
• Strong experience in SQL and PL/SQL (Oracle database architecture).
• Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash, Python, Java).
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring and performance tuning tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments and production support processes.
• Ability to triage critical issues under pressure and prioritize effectively in complex environments.

• Deliver end-to-end Production Support, including L2/L3 incident resolution and post-resolution problem analysis.
• Perform root cause analysis for major system issues and drive remediation plans.
• Manage and implement software releases and local automation scripts (Shell, Bash, Python, Java).
• Support various testing activities for new implementations and functionality upgrades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across global locations to ensure system stability and performance.
• Design and drive process improvements, leveraging new technologies to improve service reliability.
• Conduct data validation, analysis, and reconciliation to identify anomalies supporting root cause investigations.
• Participate actively in team goals, sometimes leading initiatives to deliver productivity and capability uplifts.
