Wymagania
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience with strong programming skills in Java and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in frontend development using Angular or React.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services including EC2, S3, RDS, EMR, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Glue, and Redshift.
- Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership role, expert in designing, building, and running highly available, multi-tenant SaaS solutions.
- Experience with data-driven applications covering data ingestion, processing, storage, and online analytical processing.
- Fluent in English.
- AWS or Java certifications are a strong asset.
- Python knowledge is a plus.
Obowiązki
- Take technical responsibility for a product line in the pricing domain, designing, building, and operating reliable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.
- Lead estimation, design, and implementation of new features and projects from a technical perspective.
- Actively contribute to coding in a high-output environment.
- Manage technical debt and develop a long-term technical strategy and roadmap.
- Demonstrate operational excellence throughout the product lifecycle, enhancing monitoring, observability, and team productivity.
- Collaborate closely with product management and product delivery teams.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers, foster knowledge sharing, and establish technical standards.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding processes to contribute to team growth.
