Wymagania
- Proven experience implementing and configuring Workday Compensation or equivalent Workday HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of compensation practices, total rewards components, and eligibility rules in a multinational context.
- Experience with end-to-end testing, data validation, and resolving configuration issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy and reporting requirements.
- Effective communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant professional certifications or formal training in Workday technologies will be an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial but not required.
Obowiązki
- Lead functional design and configuration of Workday Compensation components, including job profiles, pay components, eligibility rules, and compensation events.
- Translate business requirements into solution designs and configuration specifications within Workday.
- Support testing activities (unit, integration, user acceptance) and validate results against acceptance criteria.
- Prepare documentation for configuration, business processes, and release notes to ensure clear handover and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR operations, payroll, and IT to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Assist in stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and change management activities related to compensation processes.
