Strong understanding of compensation practices, total rewards components, and eligibility rules in a multinational context.

Effective communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant professional certifications or formal training in Workday technologies will be an advantage.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial but not required.

Lead functional design and configuration of Workday Compensation components, including job profiles, pay components, eligibility rules, and compensation events.
Translate business requirements into solution designs and configuration specifications within Workday.
Support testing activities (unit, integration, user acceptance) and validate results against acceptance criteria.
Prepare documentation for configuration, business processes, and release notes to ensure clear handover and knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR operations, payroll, and IT to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Assist in stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and change management activities related to compensation processes.
