Provide day-to-day functional support for Workday HCM and Performance modules, including issue diagnosis, resolution, and escalation.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into Workday configuration recommendations and solution designs.
Manage and execute configuration changes, business process updates, and integrations with technical colleagues.
Collaborate with HR, Talent, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and deliver user-focused outcomes.
Develop and maintain documentation such as configuration guides, test scripts, and knowledgebase articles.
Lead and participate in testing activities (unit, integration, regression) to ensure quality and stability of changes.
Deliver end-user training materials and conduct training sessions or workshops to support adoption.
Monitor system performance and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and user experience.
Support deployment activities and post-release stabilisation for major updates or new features.
