Wymagania

  • Proven experience supporting Workday HCM and Performance modules in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Workday business processes related to core HR, organisational management, compensation, and performance management.
  • Experience with Workday configuration, business process framework, security roles, and integrations.
  • Ability to analyse complex business requirements and design practical Workday solutions.
  • Experience developing documentation, test cases, and training materials.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with HR and technical teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, focused on delivering reliable support and improvements.
  • Relevant certifications or formal training in Workday are desirable.
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills are an advantage.

Obowiązki

  • Provide day-to-day functional support for Workday HCM and Performance modules, including issue diagnosis, resolution, and escalation.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into Workday configuration recommendations and solution designs.
  • Manage and execute configuration changes, business process updates, and integrations with technical colleagues.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and deliver user-focused outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as configuration guides, test scripts, and knowledgebase articles.
  • Lead and participate in testing activities (unit, integration, regression) to ensure quality and stability of changes.
  • Deliver end-user training materials and conduct training sessions or workshops to support adoption.
  • Monitor system performance and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and user experience.
  • Support deployment activities and post-release stabilisation for major updates or new features.
