ServiceNow Developer (HR Service Delivery)

The role is for a ServiceNow Developer working on scalable ServiceNow solutions for a global leader in the consumer goods sector within the beverage industry, focusing on HR Service Delivery and related modules.

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience with the ServiceNow platform including hands-on work with core modules such as ITSM and HRSD.
• Practical experience in ServiceNow configuration and development: Flow Designer, scripting, service catalog, UI customization, and UI Builder.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting components (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions).
• Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, JDBC, Data Stream, and other ServiceNow data sources.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and ability to align ServiceNow solutions with ITIL best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong collaboration skills.
• Experience with testing, deployment procedures, and documentation related to enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solution designs adhering to platform best practices.
• Configure and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, and automation including ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Develop and customize applications using ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies), Flow Designer, and UI Builder.
• Implement catalog items, record producers, and UI customizations to support user experience and operational efficiency.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, Data Stream, and other data sources; design and maintain reliable integration patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide consulting on ITIL-aligned processes, platform capabilities, and improvement opportunities.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing platform optimization including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and documentation to ensure maintainability and operational continuity.
