• Experience in recruitment (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of the IT industry.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with people.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience in sales or B2B client service.

• Search, identify, and contact suitable IT candidates for recruitment.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates in Polish and English.
• Understand client companies, their industries, work culture, and environment.
• Build and use a network of contacts to promote positions and acquire candidates.
• Become an expert in the recruitment field.
• Develop business by acquiring clients and negotiating commercial terms and rates.
