QA Automation Engineer

SoftBlue (INTechHouse) is a technology company with a modern Research and Development Center focused on programming and IoT solutions. The company develops and tests innovative software for international customers in a friendly environment emphasizing code quality.

• 4+ years of experience in testing, including 2+ years in test automation
• Proficiency in Python and pytest; working knowledge of automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) and CI/CD approaches along with common testing principles
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Knowledge of test and project management tools like JIRA and xray
• Experience using AI tools to automate QA tasks
• Self-organization, adaptability, curious mindset, and high communication skills
• Ability to communicate in Polish (C1+) and English (B2)

Nice to have:

• Experience with testing Cloud solutions and data platforms
• ISTQB Foundation or Advanced level certificate
• Security testing or mobile testing experience
• Working knowledge of performance testing tools such as Gatling and Locust

• Assure quality of created products through exploratory testing, security testing, API testing, and performance testing
• Design and develop automated tests using Python
• Document issues found during testing
• Collaborate closely with developers and business stakeholders in product design
• Actively engage in the growth of QA best practices and tools, promoting a quality-first mindset within the team and organization
