Wymagania
- Technical education or experience in IT roles is strongly preferred.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, Linux, GCP, and containers is strongly preferred.
- Practical experience managing critical customer issues is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German are required.
- Enthusiastic personality fostering a positive work environment.
- Well-organized with effective time management skills.
- Team player willing to support others and ask for help when needed.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Obowiązki
- Manage day-to-day operations of MicroStrategy Cloud infrastructure, including scheduled and emergency maintenance and on-call coverage.
- Implement customer change requests following the Change Control regime.
- Respond to incidents by troubleshooting infrastructure issues and collaborating with Technical Support and Technology teams on platform-related problems.
- Administer the Strategy Platform.
- Maintain high-quality documentation for all related tasks.
Benefity
- Annual gross salary ranging from PLN 140,000 to 160,000.
- Requirement to work from the Warsaw office at least three days a week.
