Transition Manager (with German)

• Experience as a Project Manager in projects of different sizes and complexity, especially in IT
• Experience in managing international project teams
• PMP® and/or PRINCE2® certifications or experience with Waterfall projects
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Great organizational skills
• Self-starter, able to act under pressure and good at communication on different levels
• Advanced English and German language skills
• Desire to grow in the role of a Transition Manager

• Planning of service transition during the sales process
• Preparation of the transition plan and estimation of costs, presenting these to the client
• Management of the project taking over the service from the client or incumbent provider
• Full responsibility for the project including planning, budgeting, execution, and control
• Management of project team including technical experts
• Communication and reporting of the project status for internal and external stakeholders on different levels
• Close cooperation with the client
