Master Data Specialist / Manager

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Master Data (Material, Business Partner, Finance)
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA and/or SAP MDG
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Experience working with ticketing tools like ServiceNow
• Strong attention to detail and data quality mindset
• Strong ownership, responsibility, and continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent in English and confident in data-driven decision making
• University degree or technical background in logistics, manufacturing, systems, or business preferred

• Create and maintain master data objects in SAP
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with governance standards
• Execute data changes in line with SLAs and business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and PLM to collect and validate data
• Support end-to-end processes like I2L, Procurement, and Order-to-Cash through accurate master data management
• Monitor and resolve data-related issues, ensuring timely ticket handling via ServiceNow
• Participate in data quality initiatives and continuous improvement activities
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation of data changes
