The role is within the ERP PL & CEE post carve-out area, focusing on building financial processes and models from scratch. The position involves leading a controlling team and acting as a key business partner for Business Unit leaders and the Executive team. Wymagania

  • Proven leadership experience in managing, motivating, and developing a controlling team
  • Strong experience in forward-looking planning and building advanced financial models from scratch, including scenario and sensitivity analyses
  • Understanding of SaaS / B2B subscription economics (ARR waterfall, Ro40, LTV/CAC, billing vs revenue recognition)
  • Experience in software/IT industry is key
  • Ability to build relationships with BU and Sales leaders and communicate clear financial narratives to Executives
  • Experience in designing and implementing new processes, preferably in a post carve-out environment
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and openness to process automation and modern tools

  • Lead and develop the controlling team, ensuring growth of their competencies
  • Create annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and analyze alternative business scenarios
  • Act as an active business partner for Sales, analyzing pipeline, bookings, and supporting pricing processes
  • Prepare Monthly Business Review reports based on key SaaS metrics and profitability analyses
  • Analyze financial efficiency across business units, products, customer segments, and sales channels
  • Develop and oversee the financial model for the ERP area
  • Manage data and continuously automate reporting processes using advanced AI tools
