System Analyst

• Over 5 years of experience in system or business analysis in IT system development
• Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Proficient in creating and reading BPMN and UML diagrams
• Practical experience with REST API integrations and asynchronous communication mechanisms such as RabbitMQ and Kafka
• Familiarity with tools supporting analysis and documentation like Enterprise Architect and Postman
• Basic knowledge of SQL (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and ability to prepare test data
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with development teams
• Experience in the financial or banking sector is a significant advantage
• Interest and ability to use GenAI tools to support analytical work (nice to have)

• Develop and maintain documentation according to quality standards
• Identify and analyze user requirements and translate them into user stories
• Support preparation of test scenarios and assist in software testing
• Collaborate closely with analysts and development teams during software development
• Participate in the full project lifecycle from requirements analysis through development, testing, and deployment
• Work with business teams to refine the final product version
• Support system analyses related to product and process development, maintenance, and evolution
• Ensure quality, consistency, and traceability of documentation and requirements
