Application Operations Engineer (with French)

• Strong expertise in Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Good understanding of cloud and DevOps concepts including Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD (GitLab), and Ansible.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Autosys, VTOM, or Control-M.
• Proven ability to coordinate and support teams in planning and execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills in operational environments.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in French.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is an advantage.

• Provide second-line support for customer applications.
• Perform changes and tasks based on standard and non-standard procedures.
• Manage incidents and major incidents in line with SLAs.
• Plan and apply patches to ensure system stability and security.
• Execute infrastructure upgrades for production tools.
• Support release activities and ensure smooth deployments.
• Handle tickets including incidents, changes, problems, requests, and scheduled tasks.
• Implement improvements and collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency.
