Infrastructure & Security Manager

Hushoffice Sp. z o.o. is an international company based in Łódź, Poland, specializing in contract manufacturing of office furniture, with a focus on acoustic cabins designed for open space offices. Founded in 1991, the company has developed its production facilities and technology, including laser cutting of metal elements, and since 2022 is part of the American Haworth Group. Hushoffice products are used by clients such as Raiffeisen Bank International, Unilever, T-mobile, and others, and are present in over 50 countries worldwide.

• Experience in administration and development of IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualization (Hyper-V)
• Understanding of networking and security concepts
• Ability to lead change and collaborate with business
• Fluent communication in English

• Ensure stability and development of IT infrastructure (servers, network, M365, AD)
• Develop cloud environment (Azure) and lead migrations
• Implement modern identity and device management (Entra ID, Intune, MFA)
• Build security standards and ensure business continuity (backup, DR)
• Organize IT processes (incidents, changes, asset management)
• Collaborate with business and IT teams as a leader and escalation point
