IT Asset Management Analyst

• Experience with at least one SQL engine (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and analysis of large data sets
• Basic knowledge of Power Automate
• English language proficiency allowing fluent communication

• Acquire, analyze, and compare data on IT assets (hardware, software, cloud)
• Ensure data quality and completeness in systems
• Create reports and analyses supporting business decisions
• Monitor license compliance and manage renewals
• Detect inefficiencies such as unused resources and excess licenses
• Identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements in the IT environment
