Data Analyst

The Data Analyst role supports the TTEC Programme in data processing and reporting, working across multiple teams and with client employees.

• Very good proficiency in MS Excel (365 suite)
• Good knowledge of SQL is essential
• Significant experience with spreadsheets and creating detailed reports
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS)
• Good knowledge and experience with reporting and data analysis tools, databases (SQL), VBA, and scripting
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently with customers and stakeholders across global time zones
• Initiative in problem-solving
• Very good written and spoken English
• Very good communication skills

• Create, plan, and drive process improvement initiatives across program operations with stakeholders, including reporting, dashboards, feedback delivery, absence management, and performance management
• Create, generate, and update reports and dashboards as requested by Operations
• Deliver value-added input, data, and analysis on time to support Operations or Clients
• Create, update, and improve daily and weekly reports ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Create, update, and improve weekly presentations, adapting content and design based on trends and client feedback
• Formulate insights, identify trends or outliers, and flag issues in reports and presentations
• Support leadership in operation management and act as main reference during weekly client meetings on data accuracy
• Clearly articulate data trends and factors influencing them from a reporting perspective
• Educate leadership on the use, meaning, and limitations of presentations, reports, data, and analyses
• Support operations with ad-hoc data requests
