Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer service role.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of Android or iOS systems.
- Ability to listen and communicate clearly and respectfully.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Android system.
- Experience with iOS system.
- Fluency in Polish.
Obowiązki
- Participate in a 7-day onboarding training held on-site.
- Provide customer support by assisting clients with digital devices and communication.
- Work flexible hours between 7:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
- Engage in employee referral programs and contests with monetary rewards.
