Wymagania

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer service role.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Android or iOS systems.
  • Ability to listen and communicate clearly and respectfully.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Android system.
  • Experience with iOS system.
  • Fluency in Polish.

Obowiązki

  • Participate in a 7-day onboarding training held on-site.
  • Provide customer support by assisting clients with digital devices and communication.
  • Work flexible hours between 7:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
  • Engage in employee referral programs and contests with monetary rewards.
