Wymagania

  • Fluent German language skills (minimum C1).
  • Communicative English language skills (minimum B1).
  • Good knowledge of technical IT topics.
  • Ability to listen and read with comprehension, and to communicate clearly and respectfully.
  • Willingness to work in shift system (shifts between 7:00 and 21:00).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of IT industry and customer support.

Nice to have:

  • Service desk experience.
  • Problem-solving skills.

Obowiązki

  • Responding to internal inquiries from Tchibo store employees.
  • Identifying and resolving IT problems.
  • Analyzing situations for anomalies.
  • Reporting other issues that require action.
