Technical Product Owner

ITFS is offering a long-term cooperation opportunity for a Technical Product Owner role focused on mobile banking and digital services projects.

• Experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, or in a technical-analytical role in IT projects.
• Experience in mobile banking or digital services projects.
• Ability to work at the intersection of business and technology and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Knowledge of IT system architecture and basics of integration (API, REST, event-driven).
• Experience working with development teams (backend, mobile).
• Familiarity with API specification tools (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing technical backlogs and defining functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for technical issues.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or large transactional systems environments.

• Co-create and implement the product vision in the mobile banking domain.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and specifications for development teams.
• Manage technical and business-technical backlogs in an Agile environment.
• Define integration requirements between systems and collaborate with architects and backend/mobile teams.
• Participate in solution architecture design and analyze system dependencies.
• Collaborate with UX, analysts, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency of implemented functionalities with product and technical requirements.
• Participate in refinement sessions, sprint planning, and requirement decomposition.
• Support teams in defining APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Monitor the quality of delivered solutions and participate in change acceptance processes.
