Senior Android Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Android Developer to join a long-term, fully remote project focused on building and scaling high-impact mobile applications used by millions of users across Europe. You will contribute to the development of a highly recognizable mobile platform, playing a key role in enhancing application performance, scalability, and user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

• Strong experience in Android development using Kotlin and Java.
• Hands-on experience with modern mobile architectures such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Ability to work both independently and within a cross-functional agile team.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, including Material Design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on scalable applications with large user bases.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and mobile application scaling.

• Develop high-quality, testable, and maintainable Android applications.
• Actively participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver new features.
• Refactor and improve existing code to enhance performance and maintainability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (architecture, processes, and implementation details).
• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and product quality.

Work mode: 100% remote from Poland.
