IT Project Manager – Business Process Mapping & Electronic Document Management (EZD) Implementation

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management
• Proven track record of at least 3 completed business process mapping and modelling projects
• Minimum 1 completed implementation project of an Electronic Document Management (EZD) system
• Strong experience in delivery of IT implementation / transformation projects
• Hands-on experience in business process modelling and optimization
• Experience with EZD-class systems implementation
• Valid and up-to-date project management certification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, or PMI-PMP, or IPMA Level C, or equivalent
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA or equivalent)

• End-to-end coordination of implementation activities for the EZD system
• Leading a cross-functional project team
• Managing complex transformation initiatives within enterprise environments
