Senior IT Analyst

We are modernising our post-trade landscape and moving trade flows from local systems onto a common Nordic settlement solution. Post-trade is a dynamic area in financial markets, influenced by industry changes such as T+1 settlement, market infrastructure convergence including Euronext initiatives, and broader consolidation in Europe.

• Relevant experience from financial markets and post-trade (securities settlement)
• Experience combining analysis, solution design, and hands-on implementation
• Hands-on experience delivering changes in an IT development setup (agile or hybrid), from idea to production
• Ability to understand system architecture and make sound design choices balancing functionality, performance, and maintainability

Nice to have:

• Experience with the Calypso application
• Java development and/or integration experience

• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify priorities and define a clear scope for delivery
• Design solutions together with the team and document decisions for maintainability and evolution
• Implement changes through Calypso configuration and development (e.g., Java, integrations, automation)
• Plan and execute functional testing/UAT with stakeholders and improve quality and test automation
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement improvements to prevent recurrence
