SOC Analyst

Devire Outsourcing IT is a B2B collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists, delivering projects for clients running innovative and modern technological initiatives. The client is a leading international financial institution, among the largest banks in Poland. The SOC Analyst will join a team responsible for monitoring and analyzing cybersecurity threats in a high-security environment, participating in identification, analysis, and handling of security incidents to protect critical systems and data.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst, SOC Analyst, Cyber Threat Hunter, or related role.
• Knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, and EDR tools.
• Good understanding of network solutions and IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of operating systems and IT security.
• Awareness of current cybersecurity threats and trends.
• Ability to program or automate security processes.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Willingness to work in a 24-hour shift system.

• Monitor security events and analyze alerts.
• Detect and handle cybersecurity incidents.
• Analyze threats and recommend preventive actions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve incidents.
• Use SIEM, SOAR, and EDR tools.
• Document incidents and prepare reports.
