Junior UI/UX Designer

Tech In Shot PSA operates in the ERP, IoT, and ML industries, developing dedicated solutions focused on building user communities in applications, reservation and purchase modules, IoT device integration, and business process optimization.

• Willingness to learn business processes and end-user needs.
• Ability to use modern design tools supporting design and teamwork.
• Practical experience with Figma, including creating wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi mockups, prototypes, and developing basic Design Systems.
• Attention to visual consistency and high-quality user experience (UX).

• Analyze business needs and end-user requirements.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Prepare and develop basic Design Systems and ensure visual consistency of products.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement designed solutions.
• Participate in design workshops, requirements gathering, and conceptual work on new products and features.
• Optimize existing interfaces for usability and user experience.
• Monitor UI/UX trends and recommend new solutions and improvements.
