Salesforce Solution Architect

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce architecture or solution design roles
• Practical experience with Salesforce Core Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce design principles, platform limitations, security model, automation tools, and data architecture
• Experience designing and documenting system integrations (API, middleware, event-based integrations, batch processes)
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, conduct workshops, and analyze requirements
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to create clear technical and functional documentation
• Very good command of Polish language (spoken and written)

• Designing comprehensive solution architecture on the Salesforce platform according to business requirements and best practices
• Ensuring architectural consistency across the entire system environment
• Conducting analytical activities including requirements refinement, business analysis, and stakeholder workshops
• Translating business needs into system functionalities and explaining system limitations clearly to business stakeholders
• Preparing architectural documentation, implementation guidelines, and functional specifications for the implementation team
• Supporting project estimation, roadmap planning, and defining scope of work
• Identifying architectural and process risks and proposing mitigation actions
• Providing ongoing support to project teams in solution design and system configuration

Very good command of Polish language (spoken and written) is required.
