Remote Salesforce Developer

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Very good knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including declarative capabilities and out-of-the-box functionalities
• Ability to work independently
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce metadata and source code driven development, including tools like code repositories, deployment automation, and project tracking
• Familiarity with design patterns, object-oriented programming, and Clean Code principles
• Familiarity with unit and integration testing practices
• Willingness to learn enterprise application architecture and design
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Very good English language skills (written and spoken)

• Design, develop, and implement applications supporting business requirements and decisions
• Communicate with product managers, implementation specialists, clients, and developers to determine requirements
• Take ownership of all development, testing, and deployment phases
• Produce deliverables such as requirements specifications, design documents, status reports, and project plans
• Define and manage change management processes for application development and updates
• Participate in sales cycles including solution definition, pre-sales, estimating, and project planning
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development
• Utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, making recommendations for scaling organizations
• Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and usage guidance
