RPA Consultant

The company connects top IT talents with technology projects for leading companies across Europe. The role is part of the Autonomous Enterprise team working on RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI/Copilot-based solutions, including both internal and client projects.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA
• Strong knowledge of UiPath: Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework
• Experience designing unattended and attended bots
• Experience with integrations via API, Web Services, and databases
• Ability to analyze business processes (AS-IS, TO-BE)
• Experience working with project documentation (PDD, SDD)
• Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities
• Strong communication skills for teamwork and client interaction
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate (cloud flows) and Power Apps
• Experience with AI/Copilot solutions
• Presales experience: conducting workshops and client meetings
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, iScala, Comarch, Symfonia, IFS

• Design and develop business process automation solutions (RPA)
• Maintain and optimize existing RPA solutions
• Analyze processes for automation potential, including use case identification and ROI assessment
• Collaborate with business and clients to gather requirements and conduct workshops
• Create and update documentation such as PDD, SDD, and user instructions
• Participate in UAT and integration testing
• Support presales activities including initial requirements analysis, solution concept preparation, and client meetings
