SAP Developer (ABAP)

Scalo is a company offering SAP development projects, including work on SAP HCM modules and integrations with external systems. The role involves working with modern SAP technologies such as ABAP, SAPUI5, and Fiori, and participating in international projects.

• Very good knowledge of ABAP, including object-oriented programming, enhancements, WebDynpro components, and PDF form handling
• Broad knowledge of SAP HCM in personnel administration (PA), organizational management (OM), working time (PT), and payroll (PY)
• Experience with complex SAP client solutions including custom infotypes, extended tables, and dedicated reports
• Understanding of SAP payroll schema logic (PCR, functions, operations) and experience in modification and development
• Ability to design and implement payroll solutions considering ZUS, work regulations, specific remuneration components, and individual business requirements
• Experience implementing custom payroll mechanisms such as overtime splits, capitalization, grossing up, individual tax settlements, PIT/RMUA
• Experience with complex regulatory changes from labor code, GUS, and regulatory institutions
• Experience in SAP integrations including designing REST/SOAP interfaces, SAP PI/PO integrations, and building new interfaces (employee data, organizational structure, absences)
• Ability to conduct end-to-end analysis and design complete technical solutions meeting business needs
• Knowledge of SAPUI5/Fiori and understanding of modern SAP application design principles

• Experience with eTeczka/ScanFlow solutions
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
• Knowledge of SAP BW in the personnel and payroll area

• Designing and implementing new HCM solutions (personnel, payroll, working time, organization)
• Implementing complex integrations with external systems
• Optimizing algorithms, processing times, and data quality
• Developing the Fiori (UI5) platform
• Technological supervision of HR solutions and providing substantive support to the team
• Designing and implementing reporting solutions (control, GUS, PIT, RMUA, records)
• Participating in architectural changes (e.g., SAP RISE, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Working in a hybrid model with one day per month in the Warsaw office
