UX/UI Product Designer

x-kom is a company operating for over 20 years, focusing on customer and employee satisfaction to ensure continuous growth. The role involves working on digital products including websites x-kom.pl, Neonet, al.to, x-kom.de, and mobile applications for x-kom and al.to.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a UX/UI Product Designer in a small project team.
• Ability to manage the entire design process from user needs understanding to implementation and iterative development.
• Customer-oriented and analytical thinking to design solutions that help customers achieve goals.
• Experience working with quantitative and qualitative data and assessing impact on business metrics and user experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with Product Owners, developers, researchers, and analysts.
• Knowledge of design patterns, especially mobile, and experience with Design Systems.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and libraries.
• Ability to design responsive interfaces and describe component behavior for different resolutions.
• Flexible approach to work methods depending on problem, time, and risk.
• Openness to feedback and continuous development.
• Portfolio showcasing mobile projects (link required).
• Additional assets: experience in e-commerce, AI, user research including scenario and questionnaire creation, Design System development, and knowledge of WCAG, SEO, Material Design, or Human Interface Guidelines.

• Design solutions used by millions of customers.
• Simplify technology choices and create solutions that help customers make faster and more confident decisions.
• Develop the Design System.
• Design internal dashboards for store management.
• Work iteratively from problem understanding, through flow and prototypes, to implementation and effect analysis.
• Use data, Design System, and AI tools in daily design work.
• Participate in research projects as co-author of content or research observer.
• Prepare research scenarios and surveys, and take notes during research.
• Co-create reports, personas, user journeys, and expert audits.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, researchers, analysts, and business teams.
• Assist other teams by sharing user knowledge and best design practices.
