• Strong, proven experience in data analysis, ideally in large-scale data migration or transformation programs.
• Hands-on expertise in data mapping, data validation, and data quality checks.
• Solid experience working with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and strong SQL skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical data logic and migration structures.
• Experience working as a Business/Data Analyst in data-driven or IT transformation projects.
• Familiarity with DCX, enterprise data platforms, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Understanding of data governance, standardization, and D&A operating models.
• Experience working in structured project/program environments, ideally in corporate settings.
• Strong skills in planning, tracking, risk management, and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, Data, and Business stakeholders across markets.
• Proactive, independent working style with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Availability to work within the EU time zone, supporting Spain & Portugal markets.

• Support data migration activities including data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation across multiple systems.
• Translate business requirements into data structures, migration logic, and transformation rules.
• Work with enterprise data environments such as Snowflake, DCX, SQL-based data warehouses, and structured data ecosystems.
• Collaborate with IT, Data, and Business teams to ensure alignment between global data standards and local market needs.
• Prepare and maintain data documentation, mapping sheets, validation logs, and migration reports.
• Support data governance and standardization efforts, ensuring consistency across markets and systems.
• Use tools such as Power BI to support reporting, data quality checks, and progress tracking.
• Contribute to structured project delivery by supporting planning, tracking, risk identification, and reporting.
• Work closely with project managers and SMEs to ensure smooth execution of ongoing data migration projects.
