Adoption Specialist

The role is within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and is based in Gdańsk, Poland, operating in a hybrid work model. The contract is initially until December with a planned extension for 12 additional months. The project language is English.

• Strong understanding of end-user IT environments and adoption challenges.
• Ability to communicate IT value in clear, business-friendly language.
• Creative mindset focused on user engagement and value creation.
• Experience working in cross-functional and multi-vendor environments.
• Very good English language skills (spoken and written).

Nice to have:

• Experience with additional IT tools and adoption strategies.
• Knowledge of employee engagement and feedback mechanisms.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Business & IT Adoption:

• Translate business needs into clear, usable IT solutions and explain their benefits.
• Drive adoption of IT solutions to maximize employee usage and value.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT support for business operations.
• Design and implement initiatives to encourage effective IT usage.

Microsoft 365 & End-User Support:

• Work with Microsoft 365 environment including user support and maintenance.
• Promote and support adoption of Copilot and related systems.
• Act as a point of contact for end users to ensure smooth IT operations.

End User Computing & Hardware:

• Coordinate end-user computing activities such as laptop replacements and hardware lifecycle management.
• Connect and align stakeholders involved in end-user computing initiatives.

Collaboration with Other Teams:

• Work with third-party teams like Facilities, Communication, and Mobility.
• Support and coordinate services including audio-video systems, printing solutions, CCTV, telephony, and tablets.

Stakeholder & Site Engagement:

• Travel to client offices to support local adoption and IT initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.
