Transformation Senior Director (RTR, Finance)

• Extensive experience (12+ years) in finance transformation with strong end-to-end knowledge of Controllership / R2R processes
• Track record of leading complex transformation programs with full accountability for scope, budget, timelines, and teams
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders, drive workshops, and present compelling transformation narratives
• Strong consulting capabilities including analysis, storytelling, and facilitation with a focus on delivering business outcomes
• Understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO models and ability to design and implement solutions across industries
• Experience with ERP systems (S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or Oracle) and finance technologies (e.g., BlackLine, Trintech, Workiva, Celonis, RPA)
• Expertise in process mapping, transformation methods, and technology maturity assessments
• Continuous improvement mindset, innovation focus, and strong communication skills in English

• Lead finance process and technology transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery of outcomes
• Design and deliver initiatives including target operating models, process improvements, automation, and ERP implementations
• Provide expert recommendations to enhance processes and support client transformation journeys
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to drive the transformation agenda and deliverables
• Support and guide project teams and Transformation Managers throughout delivery phases
• Identify and promote technology-driven improvements, including RPA and digital solutions
• Contribute to business development, shaping and selling transformation opportunities
• Build and apply knowledge of Capgemini methods and assets (e.g., DGEM, S/4, ESOAR)
