Clio Workflow Specialist

ITFS is offering a remote position in the legal industry focused on configuring and managing the Clio system for law firms.

• Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience configuring the Clio system, capable of building complex automations from scratch
• Experience working with legal practice management platforms (Clio Manage, Operate, Work) in medium or large organizations
• Experience working for companies operating in multiple jurisdictions or different legal practice areas
• Ability to map complex legal processes and translate them into measurable benefits
• Understanding of SaaS system architecture, tool integration, and working in high-class legal system environments
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level for collaboration with UK clients

• Creating tasks, stages, and checklists to ensure continuous progress of work
• Configuring features such as automatic notifications, task assignments, and deadline reminders
• Integrating with existing case and document management systems
