UX Writer

ITFS is the company offering this position. The role involves working remotely with occasional visits to the client's office in Warsaw. The employment form is B2B with ITFS.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or related role involving digital content design
• Practical knowledge of communication for mobile applications, digital platforms, or fintech products
• Ability to simplify complex processes and business issues through clear and understandable communication
• Knowledge of UX Writing principles, Content Design, and user-centered communication design
• Experience working in interdisciplinary product teams
• Very good command of the Polish language to create correct and engaging content
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in the financial, banking, or investment sector
• Experience in projects where developed content improved user experience, process efficiency, or business goals
• Participation in user research and use of data to optimize content
• Knowledge of best practices in creating communication for digital channels
• Experience in creating or developing communication and Content Design standards within an organization

• Creating and developing UX content (microcopy) for the mobile application and digital processes
• Designing messages that support users in banking and investment processes
• Developing content for onboarding paths, forms, transaction screens, notifications, and system messages
• Collaborating with UX Designers, UX Researchers, Product Owners, and business and technology teams
• Ensuring consistency of language, communication tone, and Content Design standards across the product ecosystem
• Participating in usability research and testing, and optimizing content based on research results and data
• Co-creating and developing guidelines for communication in digital channels
