Business Analyst

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development. They provide IT services including technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated development teams.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Experience in the financial sector (banking, insurance, fintech)
• Proficiency in process modeling using BPMN and UML
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Experience managing requirements including user stories, use cases, and backlog
• Practical knowledge of credit processes for business clients is a strong advantage
• Experience in digitization projects or remote processes is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Language skills: Polish (expert), English (advanced)

• Participate in the development project of credit processes for business clients in the financial sector
• Analyze and optimize business processes related to credit handling and digitization
• Model business processes and requirements using BPMN and UML
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders
• Create and manage requirements (user stories, use cases, backlog) in Agile environments
• Work with Jira and Confluence tools
• Contribute to the development of modern digital banking solutions
