• At least 7 years of experience in a customer-facing System Analyst role in large, highly scalable enterprise system projects, ideally in the healthcare domain
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
• Organization and business awareness, including customer focus and strong relationship building
• Ability to maintain attention to detail in high-pressure situations

Nice to have:

• Experience with UML and BPML
• Defining medical systems
• Usability testing and customer acceptance testing
• Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO13485, and FDA certification requirements

• Interaction with customers and various project stakeholders, including worldwide healthcare experts, to gather requirements and understand business needs and expectations
• Elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements
• Leading the translation of business and user requirements into user stories and system requirements
• Backlog management and prioritization of user stories to maximize value delivery
• Supporting the development team to ensure accurate delivery of business requirements and customer needs
• Supporting implementation of processes that increase productivity without unnecessary complexity
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members at all organizational levels using written, verbal, and visual communications
• Proactively solving issues within timelines, technology limitations, budgets, and resource constraints
• Working in an Agile environment
