UI Designer (freelance)

Grupa VIST is a 30-person team serving clients in internet marketing (AdVIST), website and e-commerce solutions (WebVIST), and visual identity (CreativeVIST). They work for companies from various industries, ranging from local businesses to large, recognizable brands, focusing on data-driven solutions and measurable results.

• Minimum 2 years of experience designing interfaces for e-commerce.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and typography with visually distinctive and brand-consistent designs.
• Ability to create detailed design specifications and communicate them clearly to developers.
• Excellent self-organization, timely task completion, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and/or other design tools.

Nice to have:

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for effective collaboration with IT.
• Communicative English language skills.

• Design graphic interfaces and layouts for web applications, e-commerce, websites, and landing pages to guide users through purchase paths and increase conversions.
• Create prototypes and mockups in Figma to help clients and developers understand planned visual solutions before implementation.
• Design advertising creatives and mailings, including cohesive visual campaigns, banners, and social media materials to build brand recognition and engage audiences.
• Develop design systems and component libraries, including style guides.
• Collaborate closely with web developers and project managers, providing detailed design guidelines and ensuring final visual solutions align with the project and are technically feasible.
