• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business or System Analyst
• Experience with CRM projects in the banking sector
• Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system solutions
• Knowledge of CRM and/or ERP systems and platforms
• Experience collaborating with development teams, UX/UI designers, and testers
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence tools
• Ability to conduct workshops, presentations, and meetings with stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Higher education degree

Nice to have:

• Experience in business process optimization and automation
• Knowledge of working in large banking organizations
• Experience in CRM system development projects
• Ability to work with numerous business and technical stakeholders
• Experience conducting training or presentations for larger audiences
• Knowledge of sales, service, or relational processes supported by CRM systems

• Collect, analyze, and develop business and system requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Work closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and testers
• Participate in CRM system development and optimization projects
• Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and optimization
• Conduct analytical workshops with business and technical teams
• Prepare analytical documentation, requirements, user stories, and project materials
• Conduct presentations and training sessions for larger groups
• Support the project team in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Use Jira and Confluence tools daily
