Mobile Product Support (Android and iOS)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably at L2 level, or at least 1 year of experience in manual testing of mobile applications
• Good understanding of mobile applications for Android and iOS
• Familiarity with tools used for handling tickets, bugs, or test cases
• Very good English skills, especially in written communication and user contact
• Ability to clearly describe technical issues
• Accuracy and good work organization
• Independence in daily tasks
• Readiness to work in Warsaw or in a model agreed with the team
• English level B2+

Nice to have:

• Experience in log analysis
• Basic technical understanding of how mobile applications work
• Understanding of client-server architecture
• Experience working with testers or user communities
• Ability to work with test data or test reports

• Review reports submitted by users testing new versions of the application
• Analyze bugs, suggestions, and feedback related to product performance
• Ask follow-up questions when a report is unclear or missing important details
• Support users and respond to their questions
• Assess which issues are most important and should be escalated quickly to the team
• Work closely with QA, developers, support, and product teams
• Support the process of releasing new app versions to selected users
• Prepare short summaries of the most common issues, trends, and feedback from user reports
