PMO Analyst (He/She)

• Experience working in PMO or project/program environment supporting transformation projects or programs
• Higher education degree
• Ability to create and update status reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Good knowledge and regular use of project registers (tasks, decisions, risks, issues, changes, dependencies)
• Understanding of basic project budget control, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Effective collaboration with various stakeholders including business, IT, and external suppliers
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines

Nice to have:

• Experience in the banking industry

• Daily maintenance and updating of project registers (actions, decisions, assumptions, changes, risks, issues, dependencies) ensuring consistency
• Preparing meeting notes and monitoring follow-up on decisions
• Maintaining and updating project documentation in repositories (Confluence, SharePoint) ensuring consistency
• Supporting preparation of status reports, management presentations, and materials for stakeholders and project sponsors
• Monitoring milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and open issues, supporting their execution
• Supporting project financial control and coordination of data (budget, forecasts, actual costs, resource allocation) and reconciling data between project and financial tools
