Product Manager

Flying Bisons is a strategic design and implementation consultancy supporting organizations in designing and delivering digital products, services, and solutions. They combine strategy, research, design, technology, and data to help clients define problems, set priorities, and translate business goals into product actions. The role is for a B2B cooperation on a project for a large e-commerce/marketplace platform, working closely with client-side stakeholders.

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager working on digital products.
• Experience in product discovery and product strategy.
• Ability to define product problems, hypotheses, opportunity areas, and recommendations.
• Experience translating business goals into concrete product initiatives.
• Very strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience cooperating with business, product, technology, UX, research, or analytics stakeholders.
• Confidence working with data, metrics, funnels, cohorts, dashboards, or other analytical sources.
• Ability to define success metrics and connect product activities with business outcomes.
• Very good spoken and written English.
• Ability to create clear strategic documents, one-pagers, summaries, and recommendations.
• Independence, strong self-organization, and a proactive approach.
• Readiness to cooperate in a B2B/contractor model.
• Availability for a hybrid collaboration model in Warsaw, including regular onsite presence.

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, B2B products, or platform businesses.
• Experience with the Polish or CEE market.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or analytics tools.
• Experience in consulting, agency, or embedded project team models.
• Polish language skills.

• Translate business goals into product problem statements, hypotheses, and action directions.
• Run discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, market analysis, and competitive scans.
• Define target outcomes, OKRs, success metrics, and decision-making criteria.
• Build and maintain an opportunity backlog.
• Prepare prioritization frameworks such as RICE or weighted scoring.
• Prepare strategic materials like one-pagers, vision documents, roadmaps, and executive summaries.
• Cooperate with stakeholders from business, UX, research, analytics, and technology.
• Combine qualitative and quantitative insights in product decision-making.
• Use data, metrics, funnels, and cohorts to formulate recommendations.
• Present product and strategic recommendations to client-side stakeholders.
• Maintain alignment between business goals, user value, feasibility, and measurable outcomes.
