Senior Program/ Project Manager (He/She)

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or business projects in the banking sector
• At least 3 years of experience as a Program Manager managing multiple projects within a program
• Experience in brokerage services, including investment advisory and asset management, in a highly regulated environment
• Knowledge of capital market regulations (e.g., MiFID, Act on Trading in Financial Instruments) and their impact on project execution
• Experience working in international financial institutions, managing distributed teams, and collaborating with stakeholders at various organizational levels including management
• Proficiency with project tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, MS PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe or equivalent)
• Fluent English communication skills (minimum C1)
• Strong analytical, presentation, and multitasking management skills

• Manage IT and business programs and projects in the banking sector
• Coordinate multiple parallel projects within a single program
• Lead projects related to creating and maintaining banking documentation in a regulatory environment
• Collaborate with business, IT, operations, compliance, and legal teams
• Manage stakeholders, including cooperation with management and board members
• Lead distributed, international teams and cooperate with external suppliers
• Prioritize tasks and manage multitasking across projects
• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
• Visualize data and support business decision-making
