Senior Software Engineer - Python

RTB House is a global company that provides state-of-the-art marketing technologies for top brands and agencies worldwide. Their proprietary ad-buying engine is powered entirely by Deep Learning algorithms. The role is within the AI Engineering Lab, a team focused on pioneering innovation and boosting engineering productivity using Agentic AI.

• Proven ability to evaluate third-party tools versus custom software for efficiency.
• High proficiency in Python; experience with Java, Go, TypeScript, or Scala preferred.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production.
• Ability to define technical roadmaps and drive maintainable, high-performance designs.
• C1 level proficiency in English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Experience building internal developer tools, custom MCPs, or using Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, AutoGen).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with ad-tech industry and real-time bidding (RTB) systems.

• Drive Technical Excellence: Implement high-standard code, sophisticated system designs, mentor peers, and lead code reviews.
• Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design and deploy distributed systems and multi-agent architectures, making build vs. integrate decisions.
• Innovate with Agentic AI: Evaluate and prototype LLMs, Agentic frameworks, and Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to create production-ready tools.
• Own the Full Lifecycle: Manage development from concept through API integration to production deployment and scalability.
• Influence Product Strategy: Collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to align innovations with company roadmap and ROI.
