• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
• 5+ years of commercial experience as a Product Designer for B2B SaaS companies.
• Strong creative and conceptual skills.
• Strong user experience design skills.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum software development environments.
• Preference for candidates with experience in creative operations and product management for Project Management, Digital Asset Management, Online proofing, or Creative Automation products.
• Highly proficient in all aspects of Figma.

• Translate complex business goals and client requirements into visually stunning, functional, and user-friendly designs.
• Assist in evolving and maintaining a clear design strategy that drives the user interface.
• Advocate for user-centred design principles balancing user needs with business objectives.
• Ensure design deliverables meet user requirements, technical constraints, and business goals while maintaining scalability and flexibility.
• Pitch ideas and present concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead user interviews to gather feedback on product designs and new concepts.
• Build and iterate working prototypes for new product areas, features, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to integrate design thinking early in product development.
• Communicate design choices and strategy to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Lead multiple projects from conception to completion according to deadlines.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
