• Several years of experience as an independent analyst in sales and customer behavior analysis
• Proficiency in working with databases and SQL queries
• Experience with analytical tools and quantitative data analysis
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI
• Advanced skills in MS Excel
• Experience in building data models and maintaining ETL processes
• Experience presenting to colleagues and management, with ability to provide clear recommendations based on analyses
• Daily collaboration in English with various departments ensuring smooth information flow and analytical support
• Experience defining KPIs and supporting business in strategic decision-making based on data
• Commitment to fair play and teamwork

• Prepare reports and analyses for management and operational purposes
• Forecast business indicators
• Collaborate daily with business teams
• Provide analytical support for new and ongoing projects within the company group
• Visualize data using BI tools
• Conduct presentations and deliver business recommendations based on analyses
