SDN Network Engineer

• Production experience with Open vSwitch (OVS) and OVN.
• Solid knowledge of cloud networking concepts: VPC, NAT, VPN, BGP, VXLAN, load balancing, DNS.
• Deep understanding of Linux network stack: namespaces, iptables, tc, kernel subsystems.
• Experience integrating SDN solutions with OpenStack Neutron.
• Programming skills in C/C++, Go, Python, or Bash.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes networking and CNI plugins (e.g., Calico).

Nice to have:

• Experience with DPDK.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work.

• Design and operate software-defined networking (SDN) layers for cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute actively to open-source projects: Open vSwitch, OVN, OpenStack Neutron, Linux Kernel.
• Design and develop network APIs and cloud network platform products.
• Implement observability mechanisms including metrics, distributed tracing, and structured logging for network services.
• Create automation for network operations and operational processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis of network incidents and implement fixes.
