AI Operations Engineer

• Experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Developer Experience
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD
• Ability to create scripts and automation
• Familiarity with observability approaches (monitoring, logs, metrics)
• Experience or knowledge of working with LLM model APIs (preferred)
• Knowledge of agent tools (preferred)
• Independence and ownership mindset
• Proactivity in process improvement

• Build and develop CI/CD environments adapted for AI work
• Create infrastructure for AI agents (e.g., Claude Code, MCP, shared context)
• Manage usage of AI models (multi-model, providers)
• Monitor and optimize costs (token usage, cost efficiency)
• Develop process automation (e.g., n8n)
• Ensure AI solution security (security scanning, risk management)
• Implement AI solutions for non-technical teams
• Ensure consistency of AI operations across teams and projects

The role reports to VP of Engineering / CTO and includes responsibility for the AI tools budget.
