Business Analyst (Banking Domain)

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis within the banking/financial services sector
• Strong knowledge of MI reporting, ideally in Credit Risk or Portfolio Management
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis across complex systems
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
• Hands-on experience collaborating with offshore development, testing, and analysis teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2+)

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for short-term and long-term initiatives
• Support development and enhancement of Management Information (MI) reporting in Credit Risk or Portfolio Management domains
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and agree on business outcomes and deliverables
• Facilitate communication between business, technology, and offshore teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to DevOps best practices
• Identify and analyze business problems or opportunities and propose solutions
• Ensure high-quality documentation and traceability of requirements across the project lifecycle

The contract type is B2B. Work mode is hybrid with on-site presence required approximately 6 times per month in Kraków or Warsaw. Recruitment process includes initial screening and technical interview. The administrator of personal data is Antal Sp. z o.o. with rights and obligations as stated in the information clause.
