Lead UI/UX Designer

HSBC Service Delivery is part of HSBC's Group AI Management & Strategy team, focusing on developing and implementing Group-wide strategic programs to accelerate the commercialisation and delivery of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning across the bank. The team works on responsible AI development practices, common platforms, governance, and AI strategy.

• Strong portfolio showcasing senior-level UX design for digital products including web applications.
• Experience with user research methods to inform design decisions.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging users and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse data and user behaviour and translate insights into strategic design actions.
• Proactive, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about technology advancements.
• Comfortable using English (spoken and written) in daily work and presentations.

Design:

• Design user experiences aligned with HSBC Productivity Suite objectives to meet colleagues' needs and drive productivity.
• Rapidly prototype features and designs from high-level requirements to support agile prioritisation and delivery.
• Apply customer experience best practices, libraries, and frameworks to maintain design standards.
• Ensure interfaces are functional and visually intuitive.
• Incorporate innovative design practices based on industry trends.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and users to deliver design solutions aligned with business objectives and user needs.

User Research & Analysis:

• Leverage user feedback to gain insights into requirements, trends, and habits to inform design decisions.
• Participate in research for new flows and features.
• Conduct user interviews as part of usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
