Wymagania
- At least 5 years of technical experience (Senior Developer, Tech Lead, Software Engineer) in software development projects
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solution design, technology selection, estimation, or analysis of new project initiatives
- Broad understanding of system architecture and good orientation in areas such as cloud, integrations, security, DevOps, and AI
- Knowledge of modern technologies, platforms, and approaches used in IT solution development
- Very good communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience collaborating with clients, business stakeholders, or project teams (including readiness for occasional workshops at client sites)
- English language proficiency enabling fluent business communication and technical documentation preparation (minimum B2)
Obowiązki
- Analyze business and technical client needs and participate in defining new IT solutions
- Create solution concepts and design high-level architecture
- Select technologies, platforms, and products suited to project and client needs
- Participate in workshops (Discovery, pre-implementation analyses), meetings, and consultations related to defining new technological initiatives
- Prepare assumptions for estimations and assess feasibility of proposed solutions
- Support preparation of prototypes, Proof of Concept (PoC), and conceptual materials for new solutions
- Collaborate with development teams and technical experts to transfer assumptions and concepts for implementation
